Origin of Puttanesca: Puttana in Italian means whore. It was a quick and easy pasta sauce for the Puttanas to make in between customers, hence the name Puttanesca sauce.

4oz Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
½ teaspoon of capers
½ teaspoon of anchovies

1/4 cup 100% Olive oil

let all above sautee together for flavor

1/4 cup of white wine to deglaze pan

8oz of our fresh Marinara sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup Fresh Basil
½ cup freshly grated Pecorino cheese
